Hi there, my name is Selena and I’m a fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist, specialising in Deep Tissue Massage along with Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage, where I provide a mobile service to your home, hotel or office.
- Deep Tissue Massage: focuses on problem areas, due to tension and tightness.
- Swedish Massage: is an all over relaxing massage using light/medium pressure.
- Pregnancy Massage: the benefits include providing relief for sciatica, insomnia, joint pain, tired muscles and improving circulation with light/medium pressure.
- Seated Acupressure Massage: works along the main meridian points to include benefits such as helping reduce muscle stiffness, anxiety, fatigue, RSI, digestive problems and eye strain. You are seated and clothed.
- Indian Head Massage: is a great stress buster if you carry tension in your upper back, neck and head. You are seated and clothed.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been a massage therapist for 9 years, where I have worked in holistic practices, a spa and provided seated massage to poker players in casinos, as well as in offices in the corporate sector. I now provide mobile massage, where I come to you with my equipment. I also work with Urban Massage.
