Hi there, my name is Nicola and I’m a fully qualified and insured Massage Therapist, specialising in Deep Tissue Massage along with Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage and Seated Acupressure Massage, where I provide a mobile service to your home, hotel or office.
Deep Tissue Massage: focuses on problem areas, due to tension and tightness.
Swedish Massage: is an all over relaxing massage using light/medium pressure.
Pregnancy Massage: the benefits include providing relief for sciatica, insomnia, joint pain, tired muscles and improving circulation with light/medium pressure.
Seated Acupressure Massage: works along the main meridian points to include benefits such as helping reduce muscle stiffness, anxiety, fatigue, RSI, digestive problems and eye strain. You are seated and clothed.
Indian Head Massage: is a great stress buster if you carry tension in your upper back, neck and head. You are seated and clothed.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been a massage therapist for 9 years, where I have worked in holistic practices, a spa and provided seated massage to poker players in casinos, as well as in offices in the corporate sector. I now provide mobile massage, where I come to you with my equipment. I also work with Urban Massage.
My qualifications are set out below:
- ITEC Level 3 Diploma Swedish Massage (to include anatomy/physiology/pathology)
- Certificate in Pregnancy Massage
- ITEC Level 3 Certificate Indian Head Massage
- ITEC Level 3 Certificate Hot/Cold Stones Massage
- Advanced Certificate in Deep Tissue Massage
- Certificate in Facial Rejuvenation Massage
- Diploma in Seated Acupressure (On-Site) Chair Massage
